In stillness, you’ll be invited to journal your reflections before drifting into a Yoga Nidra meditation, where crystal bowls and resonant tones weave a tapestry of sound. This monthly gathering is an invitation tosoften, to listen deeply, and to let the simple rituals of tea, rest, and vibration restorebalance from within.
