What is  Equine therapy? Equine therapy has been around for centuries. Bonding with animals allows many people to reduce the effects of trauma-related, (such as grief) symptoms by decreasing the amount of cortisol in the body. Soul Mamas discovered when we spent a day with the Big Heart Ranch team, it was so transformational, that we knew we had to share.
Join us for a lovely Sunday afternoon with an Equine Therapy session, Sound Bath and Tapping. Please  wear layers of clothing because we don't know what the weather will be, pack a lunch, bring a yoga mat and a pillow / blanket if you are staying for the sound healing and tapping.
